To pick up tickets that were bought Online via GrooveTicekts.com , go to the WILL CALL DESK at The El Rey Theatre (please bring the credit card used to purchase the tickets along with a valid ID showing proof that you and your guest(s) are at least 18). Once verified, you will be given your ticket(s).

We will hold space for everyone who picks up their ONLINE TICKETS between 9:00PM and 11:00PM.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 11:00PM? At 11pm we can no longer hold capacity for you and we will start letting in the general admission guests up to our capacity. If you arrive after we've reached capacity, you will be given priority admission. WHAT IS PRIORITY ADMISSION? Once we reach capacity, those holding Pre-Sale tickets (i.e. tickets bought on-line) will be admitted before those in the General or Guest List lines, but you must wait for people already admitted to leave the club to make room.

Since this will traditionally be a packed event, we suggest arriving by 9:00PM to ensure easy entry.
